If I purchase this midpipe, what other parts will I need besides the mils? I know on my GT i didn't need o2 extensions. What about on these 01 Cobras? Also, do i need any additional hardware? I've heard about needing a new stud for the manifold to midpipe flange. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks alot.

You "shouldn't" need any additional items. I've found however, especially dealing with exhaust, that's not always the case.
If you snap a stud, obviously you'll need a new one.
