Hello all-
I will be installing Vossen CV3 20x10.5 wheels on my 2010 GT500. The car rides on Eibach Pro R2 which is ride height adjustable. Current the car is lowered about 1.75 inches, adjustable pan rod bar so rear is centered. I am going to be running Toyo R888’s in the rear. Will 315/30 fit without rubbing issues, should I just stick with 285/35? Will Toyo R888 in 285’s give me enough traction, have 543 rwhp?

I'll be running Nitto Invo's upfront(255's), do you think this will be a good combo?

I thank you in advance,
Gary

I've heard, depending on the offset, 315 may rub. But you will be very happy with a Nitto NT05 in a 315 if it will fit...
If you don't have luck here, you might try talking with someone at The Tire Rack or post over on Team Shelby.

On a 2007 GT500 with 15x10 wheels and a 325/50/15 drag radial we had to do these items to get it to fit:

Sway relocation brackets (15 wheel)
Remove bump stop bracket

305's work...but just remember, that will make your rear tire shorter than your front if you are running 35s on the front. And yes, you can see the difference. But if you don't mind, 305 is a good size

255 up front is an awesome tire for the street. I had 275's up front and all my car did was follow the grooves in the road. Every couple of seconds I had to track my car left and right just to keep it straight due to worn streets. My 255's do great up front.

Hey there how have you been? The RPM Mustang runs 285's, and aggressive camber and it is not bad for a street car once you get used to it.

Keep us posted on the fitment. I have a set of CV2s in the garage that need rubber and I'm undecided what I'm doing for size. Probably Michelin Pilot Sports though.
