Ok guys...my vortech head unit wrecked a bearing and had to come off. In removing the oil lines from the bottom of the engine, I have run into a problem. I have had a hell of a time plugging up the oil line tap that runs off the oil sender under the car, down by the oil pan. I know there is a vortech fitting there and I want to return the original plug that runs off the sender. I have this piece and I need to know if it's the original plug piece for the sender. This piece is a very heavy plug bolt a little bigger than 1/2 inch in diameter with a large 6 point hex head. Is this the plug piece that replaces the vortech piece that taps for the oil feed line???
