I was changing the oil today and noticed oil residue on the intercooler piping. I checked around the head unit and saw oil around the discharge side. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Is you PCV system still hooked up and functional??
if the PCV system is hooked up to the inlet side could be oil from that. If not then the head unit itself is probably leaking internally
That's what happened to my ProCharger on my 2004 Marauder......I put a catch can in the line to the inlet side of the blower to keep it from sucking oil fumes backward from the CC when under boost!!
