I tried the VOPC this weekend and it is almost entirely voice activated. You can track an order by VIN or order number and the automated system repeats every number you speak. Entering a VIN number is a disaster. It wont get 2 out of 17 characters correct. I entered by order number and it wont take an 8 to saves it's life. It either comes back as a 2 or a zero. It get's all the other numbers correct. Anyone have any luck?

I've been working on it for a few weeks and it seems that the system is not aware of the new body types P48 and P49. That is why it comes back with a different number. This is my guess at least, since I tried last years body type, P46 and it got that correct.
I went to my dealer this weekend and they looked my order up in concepts, still unscheduled/clean.

No luck here. The voice recognition needs some serious help.
