Planning upgrades for my terminator, going to pulley Eaton over the winter. Long term looking at VMP upgrade. I see there's an EGR delete, is this required and with the EGR delete - will the car pass emissions? I live in Virginia.

If you go with a VMP TVS you will have to EGR delete. Not sure if your tuner can get you to pass or not but I doubt it.
Virgina has pretty stringent testing.

Yes, you have to delete the EGR with the VMP TVS. I believe some tuners have a way of making the car pass emissions. I would contact Justin directly or a few tuners and see what they can do. If you can not figure it out you can always install a Whipple which keeps the EGR system in place.
