VMP TVS Gen 2 making noise

Noticed this whining noise almost like a procharger makes last week when I started my car temps were sub 20s. As soon as it warmed up noise stoped. Waited about 4 days started it again temps in mid 30s noise wasn't near as loud or lasted as long. Anyone else experience this on cold starts. VMP Gen 2. Less then 4k miles.

You sure it’s the blower and not an idler pulley?

Take the belt off and spin the pulley's.... I had a Gen 1 with 5k miles on it and the snout bearing failed.
