VMP TVS boost drop off after 4k help!

I just put a 2.3 VMP TVS on and on the dyno today it was making close to the boost it is pullied for, up to 4000 rpms however it would fall from 17 to 10 after 4000 rpm. So any ideas? The belt is tight and I have a UPR tensioner and snub idler so I doubt belt slip is an issue. The boost bypass could also be part of the issue, but I am not sure. Please post any ideas!!!

safado had the same problem, his belt was too small and the tensioner was bottoming out under load and the belt was slipping at the upper rpm range causing a large boost loss.
