You should post pics of the blower side of the TB. There were 2 different ways the iac was handled on vmp gt500 setups and the TB needs to match the inlet.

It has the IAC "opening" on it. For the top mount IAC inlet. I sold the tb to him. Good point on the IAC.

In my opinion I like the gen 2 where the iac is in the throttle body. The other is a remote setup, I think it works fine but not as clean
