do u need the nut etc to go under it to lock the ball on or? Did it come off a stock shifter? I have a PRO 50, somewhat interested if it fits

I had it on a MGW, but I think the thread pitch was the same for the stock, but different from the Pro 5.0.

Ill go spin the stock shift knob on my GT500's MGW and then spin this one on.... I believe its the 12MM x 1.25 FINE pitch... Post my discoveries shortly.
