I have a 2001 cobra I just bought and it has a catless x-pipe on it. The car just passed NY emissions and safety in October 2021. Does anyone know if it will pass emissions in VA? Or know of a shop that will pass it? There’s no codes at all. Not sure if the O2 sensors are SIMS or if the car is tuned.
