I went to Irwindale last night to shoot some video. Greg's twin turbo mustang, Adam's 2011 5.0 with a 3.6 liquid cooled Kenne Bell and Kens 3800 lb S197 with a Kenne Bell 2.8 Mammoth running 22 psi and 850 rwhp.
I am not sure of the exact rwhp #s of the other cars. The 2011 does have forged pistons and h-beam rods, but stock block, stock crank, stock heads, stock cams, stock trans, stock suspension, stock 3.15 gears, but Hooiser slicks and ran the 3.6 Kenne Bell at 18.5 psi.
Anyway the TT mustang ran a 5.30 @ 134--which would be a mid 8.20 @ 170 in the 1/4. The 2011 ran a 6.36 which is approx a very high 9.8X to low 9.9X. The S197 ran a 5.92 which is a 9.2X in the 1/4. These cars should be out at Famoso next Saturday, we will see what 1/4 mile times they can lay down. I will be out there also with my car, hoping for some 9.30s in the 1/4 with good air.
