I chose to go with a newer shop, <a href="http://www.slowboyracing.com" target="_blank">SBR</a>, for block assembly and machining services. I've heard very good things about them, and I couldn't find better prices at any reputable shops. They are supposed to finish up the machine work tomorrow.
