Got this in an email today, while sort of funny for adults (yes you can specify for adults or children), this would be awesome for those of you with younger kids. You put in the name, location, what they've done that's good/bad, what you'd like to see more of, etc. and "Santa" will repeat it all for them to hear. Hope you guys have as much fun as I did sending this to people.
