No.

MM&FF took one into the mid 12's with about $2000 in bolt-on mods that includes tires and rims. The biggest factor is the damn flyby wire throttle, the computer closes the throttle body when the clutch is press regardless if you have the gas floored or not. They overroad that with some computer program they had at the shop they were using and it got huge gains with ET and trap speed.
