Vibration from 2200 rpms...

...up to about 2800--sort of a rhythmic, grumbling vibe that shakes the rearview. I'd been thinking it was my drive shaft, but then realized the vibration is there just bringing the engine up to that speed while stationary. I was thinking flywheel, but really have no clue. Any ideas on this? Thanks.

Stock motor? Misfire perhaps? Maybe pull your serpentine belt and try the same quickly.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it's the stock motor. I'd thought about pulling the belt but, as we speak, a truck is on its way to pick the car up and take it across the country for me. I'll try that first chance I get. Good input, as always, CJK.

Any video of your car running, by the way? Looks bad ass.

I had a similar problem(3,000 rpm) . Mine was the motor mounts. My passenger side header(longtubes) was hitting right where all the pipes come together
