Have a vibration at about 70 mph. No noise, set backlash and pinion preload. Everything looked good, gear mesh good. But have a vibration above 70. Deceleration no vib. What do you guys think? Match marked DS and put it back. WTF?

Time to upgrade to an aluminum ds, and i know you think you shouldn't have to but it will solve the problem!
No vibration with my 4.10s and stock d/s
When I had 4.10 gears I had a slight vibration, the DS is spinning quicker even with a one piece you will still have the same result.
How are you guys liking the 4.10's in the autos? Thinking about dropping some in mine
excellent gear for a car that doesnt see extended highway trips unless your ok with cruising at 70-75mph. Makes the car much more responsive in city driving.
