What's he mean by improved intake for the '98's?

It was the same as the 96-97's . The fuel system got the biggest change along with computer calibration.

So the intake is the same, I knew the computers were re-cal'd, but what about the fuel system?

The 98's went to the returnless fuel system.

They did they went up to a 150 lph vice an 88 lph pump, also went to 24 lb. injectors.

WAAAAAAIIIIIT.... you're not making any sense....
The STOCK fuel pump on SN95 Cobra's AND GT's is a Walboro 110-lph, the 88-lph was left with the Fox bodies... so not sure what you're trying to say there?? I'm guessing you meant went from the 110. And now that I look at a few old notes, I forgot about the 150-lph upgrade for the 4.6 Cobra's, but I have it starting at the '96 model year.
Also... the STOCK '94-'95 injectors for a Cobra are already 24 lb., you mean to say they went back DOWN in size to 19's for the '96-'97 4.6 DOHC 4V Cobras?
