Vert top rear window defroster broken

So my rear window defroster wasn't working and my dealer said it was most likely wiring. Well I had the car tinted and the copper lines were peeling away from the window and the tint shop tinted the window anyway, besides fighting with them, my dealer said they won't warranty the window because it's tinted, then I come find to find that the whole top has to be replaced because the window is glued into the top...

Anyone have any experience with this
