I recently bought a set of heads to use as cores to get send off for porting. They are a little miscolored from over heating I think since one of the valve seats has started to work it way out. I set them off to the machine stop to get a new seat put in and have all the seats shot peened. My question is do you think the rest of the seat are ok? It could get really expensive to get all new seats but in that I dont have. I dont want to spend 700 on porting if all the seats are bad. Thanks for the help.
