valve cover bolts?

So, one of my valve covers on the cover just came off pulling into my driveway. It looks as if someone forgot to put the screws back at some point (no idea when)... What size bolts (2) do I need to pick up? Im guessing I can get them from Lowes or Home Depot????

Its been a while since ive posted on here but know this community is very helpful.

are you talking about the COP covers, or the valve covers themselves? Anyway, they are 6mm thread and whatever the metric equivalent of 1" length. you will not find the same head size, or the built in flange washer in a hardware store, though!
