I am looking for a detector for my wife. I've been an Escort fan for a long time but your price on the Valentine is pretty good. You mention it is a spare - is your other a V-1 also? What's your opinion of the sensitivity of this one and its 'false signals' elimination?

I have two v1's and a escort redline.

You can go into the radar and set the radar up to eliminate the false readings and a lot of other things. Its pretty simple. There is also three different mode settings.
