How much vacuum should I be seeing? I have a 10.25:1 cr aluminator, ported intake, prochager p1sc @9#, stock cams. Pretty much a forged Mach 1 motor.

Im only seeing 15in of vacuum. Im running rich at WOT throttle, perfect 14.5-14.7 a/f and idle and cruise.

I have a 3.6in pulley and feel that im seeing the proper amount of boost, it hasnt changed since i had the car tuned
My idle is set just around 950rpms once full operating temp is met.

Is 14-15in of vacuum bad? should i be seeing more?

Check your gauge,I thought i had a problem ended up being that the gauge didnt have a good source of vac.

You should see almost exactly 20 in/hg of vacuum at idle. When youre cruising on the highway taking it easy, youll see about 10 inches of vacuum.

Where is your gauge hooked up? It should tap into the vacuum lines coming from the back of the intake. You didn't say you had any codes, so I don't think you have a vacuum leaks.

Most important thing is that it should be connected after the throttle body, not before.

Good luck and let us know what you figure out
