Well I have my v2 strim going on my 93 gt. I had everything on last night down to the alternator and smog pump. Was trying to get it ready to start up on sat night. Well I was sliding one last long screw through the bracket, then into the alternator then goes back through the block then a nut threads on the end. Well I noticed the main main bracket doesn't line up with the whole in the block.

It lines up fine but as soon as I put other bolts in it pulls it away from the holes. I don't have a long screw to go through it yet. If I get a long screw and slide it in their before screwing anything else on, is their a possability it might work?
