USMC in SoCal, need SMOG!!

I just got stationed in 29 palms, CA.
I'm about to re-enlist and have to get a new base sticker.

My truck is registered and inspected in Texas, but ALL California bases require a CA smog inspection to get a new base sticker.
My truck will never pass visual let alone smog.

Any advice?
Does anyone know a military/lightning "friendly" place to get inspected in SoCal. PM me if you do.

If you were stationed in Pendleton there is a place in San Clemente...

but I had mine done 3 years ago.

Thats the dumbest thing i've heard of.

How can they expect an out of state vehicle to pass their regulations, especially when obligated to be there by the military.

Oceanside off of Airport Road and the 76, about 2 miles from the back entrance to base. Get it smogged there man
