Used (came with the car) Steeda Differential Cover Brace for 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 Cobra Mustangs with an IRS Rear End. It does have a scrap/damage see picture below. It shouldn't affect the function of the part. Doesn't include mounting hardware.
