yeah but how much is the rest of it worth? if you want it to hold decent power you'll have to replace the differential and halfshafts anyway...

i do have a 3.73 gear. has 27,500 miles and no snow

I'm sure someone has got more for theirs, but I think if you're looking for $400-500, you shouldn't have any problem getting that.

i tried seling my irs off my '99 for $400 locally. i ended up selling the halfshafts for $100 a piece, sold the dif w/ 4.10's in it for about $200, and parted out some stuff and made about $200 more. then just dropped the remaining stuff off at the metal scrapyard and mad about $25. so i made around $600 all together on mine.

yeah there is always more money in parting out if you can find buyers...that's how junkyards make their money...

I sold my IRS with under 40,000 miles for $600.00, and i have seen them go for $1,000 or more on ebay you just gotta wait it out for a good deal thats what i did when i wanted to do the SRA swap.
