is ok to buy an used 03 cobra flywheel with over 40,000 miles on it?

I think you will be alright, just get a resurfacing done. Although while you are down there you mayswell get some more durable stuff and better stuff. Don't wanna have to dig into there again in a month cause something clutch related went.
Check the wear indicators on it... I just bought a used one with 20k miles on it and it they almost wouldnt re-surface it for me.
