Little background on this project...

04 F150 FX4
Engine: 04 Lincoln Navigator 5.4 4v
Supercharger: 03-04 cobra eaton M112
Fuel Injector: 03-04 cobra 39 lb/hr injectors
MAF: BA5000 3.5inch tube
Fuel Pump: Walbro TU272HP, which I am told is a Walbro GSS340
http://www.fuel-pumps.net/tu272hp.html
ECU: Switched from the 5.4 3v ecu to the 4.6 2v. I had verified the wiring is all the same, and I needed to get rid of the VCT programming.

I loaded the value file for a GT500, then the 39lb/hr injectors, and I could find one for the fuel pump, so I used the GT500 one. Finally I loaded the value file for the BA5000 with 3.5"tube.

I did a datalog of fuel rail pressure, pressure drop across injectors, rpms, etc and kept an eye on my wideband.

Fuel pressure and pressure drop across injectors goes crazy from 5 psi to 72.5 psi. My wideband starts around 0.95 lambda and drops like a rock to 0.65 lambda. I also smell fuel, so I know it's rich.

Since I switched the ECU and had to disable PATS, one concern was spark. I bought an HEI spark tester, and I am getting spark.

I know I need to adjust the fuel pump voltage table...
How do I tune this fuel pump without being able to drive it at all? I don't even know where to begin!
