upgraded clutch and lightened(sp) flywheel

i was going to upgrade my clutch but i also want to get a lighter flywheel but ive heard the with an upgraded clutch(ie pressure plate) sometimes they can shatter the lighened flywheels. any truth to this?

I have a lightened flywheel with a spec stage 2 clutch.
never had an issue
