Unsealedled aluminum wheel polish/resto

So, I wasn't aware the wheels on my 67 Bronco weren't sealed. I used aluminum wheel spray cleaner on it, rinsed it off and i can see chemical streaks all over them. I tried #0000 steel wool and WD40 (recommended by Mickey Thompson for my Classic II wheels) and it didn't do much. Then I put mothers mag polish on a buff ball and its less visible, but I can still see outlines of the streaks. How do I make the streaks go away?

Which wheel cleaner did you use and what was the process? Any pics?

can you compound them? maybe something with medium cut so you can do by hand?

Get some white diamond polish . It cuts and shines great by hand .

I'll see if I can find some. I used black magic aluminum wheel cleaner and then mothers mag polish on a buff ball. I don't think it has enough cut in it to get the streaks the cleaner left on them.
