I'm new to tuners... So go easy. I have an 04 Mach 1 with a vortech v2. The tune was flashed on my computer from vortech. I'm not looking to do custom tunes right now. I just need to have my fans come on sooner. Can this tuner do that? And if I want a dyno tune down the road... Can it do that too? Any additional info is appreciated. Thanks.

The tuner unit itself is HOW you upload a tune to the car, how well the car runs is dependent entirely on who wrote your tune. So yes you would need your custom tune to be able to do what you want, either email custom tune or local dyno, either one works the same far as the tuner itself. No. Cant modify parameters without uploading a tune, that's how you change stuff.
