Unidetified noise. Need help debunkong

I changed the setting should be good now
I'd take the front belt off and spin everything to make sure there is no sticking or tightness. Then start it with that belt off and see if the noise still exists. Go to the second belt if it is not the first. It sure sounds like mine did when the power steering pump was on the way out. That is on the second belt with the AC and water pump.
Sounds just like my alternator before it went out a month or two later.
Intercooler pump would be my bet, or as stated above, alternator failing. Both common problems on these cars
