Make sure to do the egg yolk dipping sauce! There is a video in this thread on how to do it.

I watched the video, I may have to try the egg dipping sauce, I am not a fan of eggs, but it seems to be the great surprise hit in the vid. I found the federalist wine finished in the bourbon barrel at Costco too so it will be a combo night

If you haven't done it before, keep it in the fridge until just before you're ready to cook because it will melt. Don't skip the egg. I'm not a fan of eggs either and this is worth it.
