Well, that's the end of that.

Oddly enough the market only fell a few points.

But around here (Detroit area) we've been expecting Chrysler to file for bankruptcy as Obama sent his team to Chrysler about 2 months ago to set it all up.

Actually the ones who were most surprised and stunned around here were the hourly UAW employees, who just yesterday ratified an agreement to give Chrysler more concessions, and thought when they did so, Chrysler would not file for bankruptcy. And the UAW leadership never said a thing to their people today when they shut a few plants even before their shift ended today.
