My brother-n-law just bought a 402a equipped 2010 with optional navigation for $35,xxx. It was driven almost 4,000 miles by the dealership's owner, so the price got dropped although it is still a "new" car. IMO that is the way to go. I'm sure there are more examples like this out there.
