twin turbos with intercooler

The part number on the turbos is 446179-32 and when I google that they came up as

Gt2871r Garrett dual ball bearing turbo 51.3 mm Water and oil cooled.

The intercooler is a2to1 intercooler

Iwas givin these by my cousin for building his teksid, fully forged 4v but I can't use them, I drive a bmw now.

Price down to 942 plus fees and shipping due to loss of job. Firm!

Were these part of the HP Performance twin kits?

I'm not completely sure. I only know what the turbos are based off the part number. I believe the intercooler to be custom.
