Hazards and wipers work. Turn signals (flashers not working)
All bulbs are good
15a #18 fuse is good, electronic flashers according to 03 cobra manual
Swapped in a known good flasher relay from my 03 cobra and still doesn’t work

Anything else to be checked prior to replacing blinker / wiper arm assembly on column?

Thanks

Check the plug connection that’s sits on top of the steering column, it’s common for the clip to break and will cause issues like that

There was actually a recall or bulletin on the 99 turn signal; so it could be dead.

I seem to recall replacing mine.
I replaced mine with a f150 part.

I'm still battling this issue but my hazards do not work either. I replaced the multifunction switch and it still was popping the fuse right away. Then I replaced the blue relay under the dash.Still not fixed. Brand new oem headlights and new bulbs didn't help either. I believe I've traced the problem to a broken parking brake. I believe it grounds there and the whole parking brake assembly is detached from the body so I have to find a welder and more parts to fix. Good luck on yours.
