Turn Signal Replacement

I am thinking about swapping my front turn signals for the OPT7 Arrow LED Sequential turn signals. I have only found one video that shows the install and it looks fairly complex. Any tips or tricks to removing the bumper and / or turn signals??

It's easy, search Woman Driven on youtube and she does the install which I followed. I also installed a tow hook, the primary reason I needed to pull the bumper, and did the turn signals while I was there.

I did find a factory defect of broken tabs on the drivers side of the bumper skin which caused me to have to return my nose to stock and take to ford and they replaced the bumper skin under warranty. Basically the tab was broken and it was done before the paint process since there was paint in the break... The I had to reinstall the lights and tow hook after the repair. Took like 1 hour the second time
