So I saw that it was on sale this past week and picked up a pound of ground gobbler. Then, I had to think of something to make it. Then I saw elbow mac and spaghetti sauce was on sale too.

So I whipped it all up tonight with mushrooms. It was pretty damn good. Mixing turkey with spaghetti sauce flavor waste new for me.

I like making turkey burger enchiladas, turkey chillie and turkey meatballs if you mix in sausage with the tukey meat. Turkey burgers are good too if you add bread crumbs to soften the meat or it gets to dried out on the grill.

Yes, ground turkey is pretty good.

Here's one of my recipies. I guarantee that you'll like it:

Get two packs of those Ramen noodles with beef flavor and a couple pounds of ground turkey.

- Fry up the turkey and break it up into bits (I think they call it "crumbling").

- Cook up the Ramen noodles, drain, add the beef flavoring packs that came with it, stir until mixed. Be sure not to overcook the noodles. You may also stir in a bit of butter or low-fat margarine so the noodles don't stick.

- Combine the noodles with the turkey and heat.

It's very tasty. You may also use ground beef instead of turkey.
