I need some help with a motor that I have in my sled. I know this isn't a sled forum, but I'm royally confused. I've searched polaris forums half those guys seem like complete morons.

Here's the issue I have a 07 polaris FST (four stroke turbo). About three weeks ago my exhaust caught on fire. The EGTS got really high over 2000 degrees. I pulled off the old charred exhaust and made up a straight pipe for it. Figuring its a turbo motor and that will help it breathe and lower EGT. Well now the motor keeps fouling plugs out. I'm on my third set in one week.

Before everyone says the turbo probably melted down, its actually designed to run hot. normal egts are in the 1500 degree range I know scary.

if any one has some advice it would be greatly appreciated.
