what will i need?
turbo, bigger maf, wastegate, converter, maf, dyno tune, piping, lines, intake?
i need help doing this

i have a stock 99 no motor work but motor only has 900-miles on it

You can get the on3performance turbo kits and yes you will need all of the parts that you've mentioned + injectors... If you gonna do all that, why not get the built motor...and sell your 99 motor to me....jkd...(I need it for my DD 03 Vert).
