I have an 87 turbo notchback. Work is getting slow.. Now selling, $6000
The car is super clean, not many notches in this shape anymore. Mods are.
-Cartech street sleeper turbo kit, 12 psi.
-bored to 306ci with tfs pistons, ported Gt-40 Aluminum heads, aftermarket cam, specs unknown, cobra intake.
-255 bbk Intank pump, cartech inline pump.
-3.55 rear end gears.
Other mods but these are the important ones. Car shows 102,xxx on the clock.
Setup with 30# injectors which I was going to change. I planned on running 55# injectors without an FMU. I was having issues with the fmu spiking fuel pressure and causing the car to load up under boost. 3rd gear fans when shifted quickly also.
This would be an awesome sleeper if someone just invested in the injectors and tune, and a heavy duty trans. Car runs and drives perfect, it just acts up when the fmu does under boost.
