I recently aquired a 95 GT with a tired old 302 and auto trans that I plan to turn into a street/strip car. After deciding that the stock block 302 wont meet my power goals, I decided to go with a 408W stroker. My power goal is 800, no more. The car will be used mainly for the strip but I want it to be drivable on the street so I can take it to local shows and meets so all power equipment will stay. This is the setup I 've come up with so far below and would like to hear feedback on all of it.

This will be an E85, fuel injected setup

1969 Block
All forged-.030 pistons (what type?), 6.2 4340 h beam rods, 4340 crank
Aluminum heads - Unsure of brand or size
Trick Flow non box R manifold
B&G turbo kit, 78mm turbo
Custom grind cam

AODE built lockup trans, transbrake, unsure of converter stall

I am still unsure of numerous things as this is my first build like this. As far as the chassis goes I have that all figured out pretty much, but I'll take any and all input. This will be a slow project that I hope to have done by TX2k16.

Thanks for all the help in advance.

I would run a boss or dart block with that kind of power. I'm also a fan of stud girdles and windage trays. 205 afr or bigger. custom cam, ported trick flow r series intake, eagle crank and eagle h beam rods and a built c4 trans
