Tuning a big injector on an N/A setup

Pretty basic question:

I have a set of 80lb injectors that I'm currently using with my turbo setup. How difficult would these be to tune in a naturally aspirated setup making maybe 370rwhp? Would driveability greatly suffer or would it be no problem to use them?

I ran my 80's when I was N/A with no issues. I didn't have any driveability issues. My fuel system definitely wasn't trying very hard.
