Do any of the hand held tuners acually pick up gas milage as claimed.

Do they have a lean cruise mode or what ?

I'm getting some mods done for free and thought maybe a tuner would complement them and pick up some gas milage as well.

TIA

With a complete tune yes.....you will gain HP and gas because you engine is working at 100% eficinecy..........now in the same fasion.....if you rhomp on it you will burn more fuel also becasue you fuels are inline with your engine.......baby it and you will save gas.......drive it like you stole it.....well you know the deal.....

Drive sensible....what's that. :burnout: I was thinking part of the program assists with the mileage.
My TTA has a lean cruise mode in the chip, if enabled and under certain conditions, i.e. cruise - no load, consistant tps, etc. computer leans out AF to roughly 17:1

Well maybe I hold off on the tuner for now. It was 100% stock 3 weeks ago, now it has BBK - shorty headers,CAI, and TB/Plenum. Maybe this assistance in volumetric efficiency well help the mpg.
