Jeff S is the man! I know of others who have also used him and he's great.
He is an SCT dealer and used to have a very hot 03 but also has a 9 second 1991 LX.

Jeff S is no longer tuning. He turned everything over to a guy named shawn. He is supposed to very good aswell. He would just about the only one I would take my car to. Here is his number

oh, ok. I know Shawn came over from Sacramento to do my Whipple install last month but Jeff did the tune. Shawn had the Whipple, injectors, BAP, idlers, plugs and MAF installed in no time. He did a great job too!

I'm not sure. Yould could probably talk to Jeff or Shawn about it. I know that Jeff's 03 was tuned to run only 100 octane. There is a station in south San Jose that sells it and I believe another in Redwood City but that wouldn't be convenient for you.
Give NextGen Autosports a shot. They are in Hayward CA.
