tune questions?

I recently purchased a 2003 10th that has been tuned by flashing a tune onto the computer. Will this keep me from being able to return my car back to the stock program for warranty purposes? Also if when I do buy a tuner will I have any trouble with it because the computer dosen't have a stock tune it? thanks again.

If you dont have the handheld tuner, then youll have to have ford flash it back to stock.
