Tune Question

Just got an 05 GT a couple of months ago and am starting to think about modding. Is it true that the 05+ requires a tune for even basic bolt on mods such as CAI and exhaust. Please let me know, also suggestions for mods are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

you can get a K&N air filter and a few others that dont require a tune...but your not going to be happy is my guess. id say youd probly get a good 10hp out of a basic intake, but if you go with the intake/tune, youll probly see closer to 25hp at the wheels.

get the most out of it and do a JLT intake + Tuner from someone like bamachips or brenspeed. Id say alot of power comes from the tune. As for the exhaust...once you do Intake/Tune you should be fine adding exhaust without any more tuning.
