I have a 99 Cobra Mustang with a Bassani X-pipe and Magna Flo exhaust. I also want to put on my CAI from JTL, can I without damaging my engine or computer? But do I need to tune everything or wait till I get a tuner then put the CAI on and tune the Cobra??? Please Help!!

You will be fine without a tune and just simple bolt ons. Now if you change let's say heads cams or add a blower then of course get a tune.
A tune is obviously going to improve driveability and get the most power out of your mods, but as others have said it's not actually required to do so.
It's always a good idea to tune the setup you have, so if you're all done with modding your car I'd say go ahead and tune it. If you're doing other major mods in the near future just hold off and do it all at once.
